Beer Crock Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage

Beer Crock Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage Ingredients:
- 1 package of Corned Beef with seasoning packet
- 6 regular red potatoes or 10 small red potatoes
- 1 bunch celery stalks sliced
- 4 carrots cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 bottle of dark beer
Crock Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage Instructions:
Cut potatoes and celery and drop into the bottom of the crock pot.
Rinse and trim fat from Corned Beef and set on top of potatoes and celery, then add seasoning packet and beer.
Cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
